By accessing and using AppSevaa, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. User Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are liable for all activities conducted under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

What You Can Do

• Use AppSevaa for legitimate business inventory management
• Store and manage your business data securely
• Export your data in standard formats anytime
• Access support and training resources
• Use the platform on multiple devices

What You Cannot Do

• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or modify the software
• Use the service for illegal activities or to store illegal content
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized persons
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts
• Use the service to spam or harass others
• Disable or bypass security features

3. Subscription & Billing

Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selection. You authorize us to automatically charge your payment method on the billing date.

• Free trial users: Access ends after 14 days or when trial period expires
• Paid subscribers: Charges renew on your billing date unless canceled
• Refunds: 7-day money-back guarantee if unsatisfied (full refund, no questions asked)
• Price changes: We'll notify you 30 days before any price increase

4. Cancellation & Refunds

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you lose access to paid features but can still download your data. If you're unsatisfied within 7 days of purchase, we offer a full refund. After 7 days, no refunds are provided.

5. Data & Ownership

• You retain full ownership of all your data
• We maintain automatic daily backups for security
• In case of account deletion, we retain backups for 90 days for recovery purposes
• We use your data only to provide and improve the service
• You can request data deletion anytime

Disclaimer of Warranties

AppSevaa is provided "as-is" without warranties. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for data loss, business interruption, or indirect damages from service unavailability.

6. Limitation of Liability

AppSevaa's total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the last 12 months. We are not responsible for lost profits, lost data, or consequential damages.

7. Updates & Changes

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue AppSevaa. We'll notify you of significant changes 30 days in advance. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of new terms.
